Not 3 stars at all! The bathroom was like a plane bathroom. Not clean even after housekeeping— random hairs everywhere. Tiny room, no fridge in the room. I have medication that needs refrigeration. The desk clerk told me I could store it in the hotels kitchen fridge which wasn’t going to work. No ice machines so we had to buy ice to keep my medication cold. Not a great family hotel maybe a step up from a hostel, but I would not recommend staying here

Carpets in hallways in need of a clean and hoover. Breakfast was a disappointment. Hot breakfast items were cold or missing. Great location, staff very helpful. Bed comfortable. Could have maybe done with a kettle and a fridge in the room.

Maria and Wannissa were wonderful staff. Maria gave me a birthday buffet for my wife and I since i had no buffet package. They were extremely professional and helpful. The buffet was delicious. We had a pleasant view of the canal. The room was a bit overpriced for the size...300 a night American including outrageous taxes..overall we loved it and enjoyed our stay!
