Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to train station and bus stops. Easy to get public transport. Hotel was clean, room was large. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of town, walking distance from the train station, from old town, and from the funicular. The room was very comfortable with nice amenities, the breakfast was hearty, and the staff were very pleasant.

Nobody at the reception desk on arrival. No parking facilities so had to use a multi storey car park which was difficult to find and very expensive

Those at the front desk made us feel so welcome and the cleaning staff were excellent. The town itself was a very nice surprise.
