From the moment I arrived it was clear that the hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained. It has a very welcoming and laid back feel with a bar/restaurant/breakfast area situated near the entrance with indoor and outdoor seating and with a great selection of food. The breakfast is from a set menu with plenty to choose from.
My room was also cleaned each day to a high standard by very friendly staff.
The rooftop pool area is a great place to relax and cool down in the smaller than average pool.
The location couldn’t be better with Nana Plaza situated further along the road and the BTS just further on again with Soi Cowboy within walking distance.
If you like shopping then Terminal 21 is also within walking distance or you can use the BTS to navigate all around Bangkok at a very affordable cost that connects to other train and river networks.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and make you feel at ease.
Will be back next year.

The hotel is set back from road behind coffee shop so is nice and quiet despite being in perfect location for nightlife. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very big bathroom. For the price in that location, the Dawin is unbeatable imo.

This place is incredible!! Fantastic location with a great bar/restaurant and WiFi! Steps away from a 24 hour entertainment zone as well!

නියමයි Conveniently located on Soi 4. The staff were all super friendly & the in-hotel restaurant had great food. The room did have a small tinge smell like wet clothes, not sure what it was from but probably ventilation. The bed was comfortable, but the shower pressure / temperature was not great. Honestly, no real complaints for the price being what I was looking for. I would stay here again for the convenient location to Benjakiti park.
