Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Breakfast buffet has ample options and they make delicious eggs. Like that there is a washer/dryer combo in each room. Comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. I stayed there on my travels 3 years in a row.

Let me just put it this way, after staying here for first two days I extended my stay for another four nights! The washing machine and laundry hanger, small kitchen and cookwares are such a bonus up, saving us a lot of hassles in this hot wet season~ and when you are reluctant to go out again for dinner after a long day…

This is a very good hotel and one of my favorite places to stay in Bangkok. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access many attractions and transport options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast. The breakfast options were quite limited, and even the basic items such as bread and eggs were not presented in a very comfortable or appealing way. There was also a lack of fresh fruit and other varieties that guests would normally expect. I did not particularly enjoy the breakfast experience. I hope the hotel management will take this feedback positively and consider improving the breakfast selection and quality. I would be happy to pay a little more for the room if it included a better and more enjoyable breakfast experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet is excellent and worth the charge. Staff Aun and Beer at buffet kept tables neat and quickly cleaned for next pax. All staff smiling and friendly. Most spoke excellent English. 5 minute walk to BTS station Nana. On busy narrow street but my room was quiet with window closed.
