Staff were very welcoming and helped us plan sightseeing! Very good location -near trading station and large super market. Breakfast buffet was clean and nice. Highly recommended!!

The fact it was a bit away from the centre of Barcelona but had the metro on its doorstep was perfect for us. It meant no noise of the city. If we ever go back to Barcelona we would be staying here. Everything was perfect for the 1 night we stayed. They also have storage which was handy for us on the day of check out as our cruise was not until later afternoon so we could go about Barcelona and come back and get our stuff.

The room was not clean. Shower head was broken and had tape on it to hold it together and despite telling the front desk nothing was done. The night person did come to take a look at it and told us it cannot be fixed. So why they would give that room to a guest beats me. Staff was not cooperative. You ask them for a spoon for medication they said they dont have.

Was a nice hotel but the air conditioning was very poor. We had it set to 5 degrees and it was barely blowing air. I also requested a double bed which I did not receive and staff stated they were unable to join the beds. Staff were polite and the room was clean. Very close to the metro.

Very nice hotel has everything you need spacious and clean. Staff is very helpfull and nice!! Its a 20 min metro ride from center and metro is super close to the hotel but there is not much around the hotel.
