We had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with questions or requests. The location was excellent, with easy access to train stations, shopping areas, and several convenience stores, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of buffet options each morning, including salad, rice, porridge, different noodle dishes, steamed vegetables, and various breads, along with coffee and other beverages. While the menu was fairly similar from day to day, there were enough choices that it was easy to enjoy breakfast throughout our stay. Our bathroom was designed as a wet room. Although everything gets wet when showering, it dried surprisingly quickly and did not cause any issues during our stay. The hotel’s amenities were also appreciated. The gym was convenient for a quick workout, and the quiet workstation provided a comfortable space to work or plan our day. The self-service laundry was especially helpful during our trip. The hotel provided one washer and one dryer, along with detergent, for approximately $3 USD per load, which made it easy to refresh. The only area that could use improvement was the cleanliness under the beds. It appeared that the floor beneath them had not been dusted or mopped in quite some time. Aside from that, the room was comfortable and the hotel met our needs well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, convenient location, and good breakfast selection.

The staffs helped with answering questions we got while we stayed. Especially the night staff was greatly appreciated when I tried to find pain killers at 3:00 in the morning. Our room was clean and more spacious than we expected. Water pressure was good and water was hot. However, the room smell damp although they had the dehumidifier on. The AC was central controlled so that we couldn’t control the temperature as needed. Breakfast was yummy. We enjoyed the stay.

The staff's response was very quick and satisfactory in resolving my concerns. Transportation was convenient, and the room condition was good. I would stay here again.

客房很乾淨，明亮，浴室也很乾淨，晚上工作比較晚才check in 但服務人員非常親切用心，引導停車，地點很不錯，旁邊有便利商店，附近也有一些小吃，早餐也簡單但供應充足！

職員服務整體滿意 空調溫度過冷 家人要坐輪椅，無法從9樓沿樓梯走上10樓吃早餐

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with clean rooms and a strong shower. Definitely had a great experience and will stay here again in the future.

飯店的早餐很好吃，房間舒適，離捷運站也算近，大約走路8分鐘，附近也很多可以吃晚餐的餐廳，很方便
