Clean property with good amenities. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was very friendly only one station away from Kyoto station. The luggage transfer service can be approved.

The entire room and lobby were immaculately clean and neat. The bathroom in the room is fantastic, with spare compartments for sink, toilet, and shower/bath. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience. Rooms were plenty big for a family of 4. Very close to the subway line, so easy to get to most attractions. Breakfast is very good and there a ton of restaurants on level 2 if you’ve had a full day of exploring.

Room size was amazing, trust me this was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we stayed in our trip to Japan. Staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very clean
