The hotel is stunning with a beautiful calm vibe. Absolutely brilliant city view and even better at night. Staff were all courteous, professional and helpful. Bed was a little too soft, perhaps mattresses might be due to upgrade. Overall wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Check in was simple and the valet parking service very convenient and only $25 more than self parking. Took the breakfast for 2 deal for an additional $40, a saving of $40. Second time at this hotel and very convenient to the crown where we spent our evening.

Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant.
