Great location only a block from Bourke St mall. Room & bathroom are on the smaller side, but are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Wonderful hotel. Central location to Melb CBD, its restuarants and especially handy for short walk to Victoria Market. We ventured a little further to some venues in West & North Melbourne on foot but tram options exist. Wonderful rooms, excellent breakfast, and we loved the Douglas Club bar

I am a well travelled hotel stayer, over 50 years of travelling under my belt and the Hilton in Melbourne was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything. The staff are fortunately empowered by their management to really take care of their guests and it shows. I've got a few more Hilton stays coming up on this trip and look forward to seeing if this translates across the brand.
