The hotel was very nice and centrally located in the heart of town. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and metro lines. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our stay over two days was perfect. It allowed us to explore the Rhine River Castles and countrysides of Germany.

Lovely staff and tidy facilities. My room was on the 5th floor which required a flight of stairs from the elevator, which was not an issue for me but may be for some guests. No coffee/tea supplies in room. Well located and good value.

Great location in cologne! It’s near metro and plenty of bakeries, shops and restaurants! We felt very safe in the hotel and it was very clean and comfortable.

Very outdated rooms, small, old furniture, almost no amenities in the unit, a lot of stairs to use before getting to the elevators

Lovely hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff are friendly and approachable. A great selection for breakfast. A glass or cup in the room would have been a nice, useful extra. Maybe even a bottle of water. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is on many different levels. Stairs are everywhere.
