We arrived in Barcelona at around 11am and got to the hotel for closer to 12pm. Luckily our room was ready and we were able to drop our luggage off and refresh before heading out to see all the sights we wanted to see. Hotel staff was very helpful. They had recommendations for places to go, places to eat etc. They also called a cab for us and helped us with our bags so we could get to our cruise terminal.

The room was clean and chic. The AC worked great and it was so peaceful and quiet! The location was the best part about this hotel, it is in a touristy area but not quite by La Rambla which makes it ideal. The staff were incredibly nice and I was even able to get an early check out which I really appreciated! I loved my stay here and wish it was longer!

Stayed for three nights with my sisters and mum. Hotel was excellent. We booked a family room which had two connecting rooms and one of them didn’t open with the card so i had to go back down to sort it out. However after it was sorted, the receptionist did call and ask if it was all okay. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and the location is excellent. It is in a safe neighbourhood, with lots of independent shops, cafes, and a metro on the doorstep. I would stay at this hotel again.
