Very clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Very reasonable compared to other hotels in Zurich. Right next to tram stop.

A lovely hotel in a good location. About 30 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram journey. The tram also goes straight to the hotel from the airport. The rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were always available to help. There’s a lovely sitting room area with a mini market if you need anything when shops are shut. Will definitely stay here again!

Firstly I have checked in to my room and found the shower area drainage is not working. Spoke to the receptionist and he offered another room but it was smaller than the first one, amenities was only for two people when we were three including towel. The receptionist was helpful, checkin/out was smooth, rooms are very clean, good location, coop supermarket is nearby.
