Place was great. Just could not find laundry room. Besides that everything was great and I would highly recommend this place. Lunch at restaurant was delicious and beautifully plated. Front desk helped us with any questions. Loved the fact that I could exchange money at front desk too.

Room was clean and staff were friendly however the toliet and the shower had issues. The shower was slow to drain which resulted in standing in your filth and toilet looked like it wanted to back up everytime it flushed. Everything else was fine!

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and kind, the laundry service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The saunas were nice at the end of a long day!
