The hotel lobby made me a bit concerned about what the room would be like (it’s underwhelming), but our room was great. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the AC worked very well (which was nice because it was very hot in Madrid during our stay). Breakfast was fine. One thing we noticed was there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room which nowadays seems quite standard. The location is a bit removed from the central city which was less ideal if you like walking

We only stayed one night so did not benefit from the hotel’s amenities. We were pleased with our room and found the staff very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. The host really looked after us and was brilliant in catering for a gluten free diet, preparing toast and pastries separately from the self-serve area. He was always very friendly and remembered our room number and dietary requirements daily. Thank you for helping us get off to the best start each day!
