We really enjoyed our stay at One Shot Reina Victoria hotel. Great location, clean and modern hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

The property is stylish and well located. The breakfast was good, not great and in some ways, style was chosen over function in the room...for instance, the space was very roomy and attractive but storage is very limited. Overall, the staff is great, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect

We had a good stay. Great city Center location. Room spacious enough. Air con worked well. Would be nice to sit on the balcony but not big enough however views for us were beautiful buildings

Had to wait for room after checkin time to be ready, staff tried to be helpful, good, convenient location to walk to restaurants and attractions, rooms clean and quiet.

Lovely spacious room (standard), staff excellent, very helpful and attentive. Maid insisted on cleaning room each day, even when we said it wasnt necessary. Would definitely recommend.
