My Story Hotel Rossio

Awesome location and great food at breakfast and downstairs restaurant. Convenient location and walking distance to nearby restaurants and attractions. No car needed in this location.

Small city hotel in great location; that' where is stops however. We had connecting family rooms not knowing that one of the rooms had no window (!) and is basically a glorified closet with just full a size bed which could not be made into two beds for our teenagers. When asked if we could change rooms we were informed that all family rooms are like this and we could not change rooms. Definitely would not have booked this hotel if that was made clear upon booking. Comparatively expensive for what you get.

Small room that was clean and bright.

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was nice and clean. One issue was that there were only 6 hangers in the very small armour. No place to put your folded clothes/had to live out of your suitcase. The other issue is that a change of breakfast options would have been great. Everything else was good!

Wonderful location and great staff!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage to be stored. When we returned, the luggage was in our room. Well located near the train station for our trip to Sintra. Breakfast was excellent. They made great arrangement for us to pick up our rental car at the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely square conveniently around the corner from the train station for our visit to Sintra. Good restaurants nearby.

Lots of shops restaurants and things to see. Very helpful staff. Spacious modern suite.

Loved this property. The location is prefect for accessing public transport of any kind. It’s also centrally located to walk to the various squares near by. We travelled all around the city and to nearby beaches by metro system. The breakfast is wonderfully plentiful and starts nice and early at 7:00. The rooms are compact but efficiently laid out with adequate storage space and a wonderful rain head shower with plenty of hot water. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel and the room was so quiet. I recommend booking the Twin Room as they are slightly larger than the standard room. If we return to Lisbon we will definitely stay at the hotel again. Also a shout out to the waiter from Nepal who works in the on Cafe Portugal restaurant. He greeted us each and every time we entered the hotel even if we weren’t looking for some thing to drink or eat.
