The perfect family hotel for a Paris visit! Great neighborhood, a wonderful bakery close by, walking distance to metro, COLD water on tap and super friendly and helpful staff - will be returning on our next Paris visit.

Rooms are small but very comfortable. I will recommend this hotels if you have 1-2 nights to spend in Paris.

Room was appropriate for our needs. Bed were comfortable and the room and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly, and the AC worked great!

I was not impressed with how we were greeted by the front desk, but other staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast offered, it gave us a head start in our days there and our departure. Also liked that it was close to the Metro and various restaurants.

Dirty bathroom, sinks and bath did not drain. Old mildew smell. Very small rooms. Needs updated

Unfortunately they charged me for an additional night room-fee: $300 AUS by mistake, apologised and said they would refund me, not in my account yet Said they would send me a summary of my account, not printed so emailing me: not received yet checked out morning of the 4th June I need this sorted out thank you I am not happy Lindsay Bovill
