Hotel has easy access to the metro and Lotte centre. Breakfast was standard Asian buffet ie limited selections.The ladies at reception tried hard and one in particular made the difference when we had a dental emergency. I think it is value for money and would be happy to stay here again

The room was clean and in a great location. The only issue was a slight moldy smell in the bathroom, which I hope the hotel can address.

On the first day checking in, my friend and I inquired about getting extra pillows but the reception staff was not accommodating. We were told none were available but following day asked Jieun Lee and she was quick and efficient in getting extra pillow for us as well as getting curtains replaced in my room. My room had several defects: dirty curtains, door handle in washroom came off, told Jieun and she sent someone to fix the door handle, furniture old and scratched up, chair upholstery coming apart, several marks on the walls

The first day additional pillows were requested. She looked at me and did not understand my request. I walked away and came back the next day and spoke to a different person regarding the extra pillows. The pillows were delivered to my room within the hour.
