Griffin Bay Hotel

Our stay was great up until our last night. Cleaning service came in and we had left a pile of clothes on the floor. Upon our return, the clothes were missing so we contacted the staff. They were incredibly unhelpful and condescending. Very disappointing to see. We did not receive any sort of compensation nor did they even attempt to investigate in any way. Instead they persisted on proof. How can we provide any proof when we were not in the room? We asked for cctv footage and they claimed they did not have any. There is a camera right outside our room. Busan was a beautiful experience but the hotel staff completely ruined the rest of our trip. I would recommend staying here only if you plan on carrying your luggage with you when you leave the room.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique. Il est près des transports en commun. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et commerces autour. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix.

The property is a little tired. The ceiling had leaks in the lobby and was falling down. I heard "wildlife" scurrying around in the ceiling of the 10 floor elevator lobby. The room was clean and was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was OK, but only had hard boiled eggs for eggs (no scrambled) and the OJ was Tang. Most of the breakfast was Korean dishes, which I happen to like. They only give you 1 room key. The location was pretty good and centralized. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel as acceptable for the budget traveler.

Everything was great! Nice room, nice location, the only issue was there was no availability to the guest laundry. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Convenient near bus station, shopping & Gajalchi Fish market & BIFF square

I was on the 13th floor, the elevator was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable, clean didnt have any issues. The bathroom toilet did get clogged and when i told the staff on my last night, she was quick to help. I enjoyed the staff very much, they were helpful and understood english especially when i explained i had clogged the toilet. Shops near by, amazing. Walking distance towards everything. Great selection of food and restaurants around the area. On the first floor is a convenience store which was great. A back behind would.be yhe sea food market which was great but overwhelming, in front if the underground shopping and across the street is BIFF square. A lot of street food, bus stop was close by and the subway.

Upon early arrival I waited several hours, spoke to the front desk, and decided not to stay because the property was not as shown in the Expedia listing and felt unsafe and unclean — especially as I was traveling only with my daughter. They immediately said no hot water and air as there is an issue with the plumbing. The front of the hotel, lobby and lobby bathroom is shared with a convenience store.
