Beautiful, clean, modern property with helpful staff. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar and public bath. Having laundry machines that accept payment via IC card was very convenient.

Right at the Toyosu station but traveling between the station to and from both airports are not the most convenient. A very nice facility with an excellent view.

Great location and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and close to the station and shopping options. The rooms also come with an iron and ironing board. The hot springs public baths are also great. The view was also gorgeous of the bay. However, minor issues being the lobby being on the top floor and having to take multiple elevators, which can be bothersome on a tight schedule. And there isn't as much to do in the nearby areas as some other locations in Tokyo.

It was a nice property at a good location though the rooms were a bit small and sinks height was low. Other than that the views were great, staff was very helpful too.
