Didn’t use amenities ie swimming pool spa etc, room was clean, had a de-luxe twin bedded room my mattress was awful not at all comfortable didn’t do my back any good - did report it to receptionist when checking out - she said would report it - cooked breakfast could have been hotter - plenty of car parking -

Staff friendly, rooms clean, all amenities you could need or want. Afternoon tea fabulous! Lovely stay.

Staff on reception are welcoming and friendly. Sadly my room was not cleaned, despite leaving early and returning later, and sign still on door. Day of checkout male cleaner entered my room whilst I was getting ready- not acceptable at all.
Lifts are dirty and need a good clean. Food in the restaurant overpriced and very poor quality.

Great room this time - positive surprise, since i basically decided not to come back ever because the food is not good! My new hotel was sold out and you have two pubs nearby that solves the issue.
