Hotel Best Los Angeles

Good hotel, good location and clean. Something could be improved, like the buffet menu could be a bit more vastly and the receptionist staffs could be more friendly. I failed to explain that the vending machine is out of order, until i show it manually by sign. But it doesnt bother me.

Lovley hotel Unfortunatley the spanish pensioners were in our hotel on there free government gifted holidays so all the food was geared up for them , apart from that i couldnt fault it

The only negative was the food no fried eggs or sausage and breakfast which is unusual but we had the spanish pensioners staying so all the food seamed to be geared up for them Evening meal not much choice but what was there was nice Great staff and value for money Air con useless

The Best Los Angeles Hotel is a lovely hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was good, and everything worked. Its in a good location too. I'll be staying again next year, along with more of my family.

This was NOT a 4 star property The staff were rude on arrival and the maids knocked at 8:45 to clean your room and huffed at you if you was still in there The hotel car park is advertised at €12 but it’s €18 and trying to manoeuvre a car in there is almost impossible unless it’s the size of a fiat 500 Pool is tiny and not sufficient for the size of hotel Only good thing was the location

General areas of the hotel were nice. Our bedroom was in need of some TLC. It was clean everyday to a nice standard but needed a a deep clean and attention to details that the chambermaids simply didn’t have the time for such as hand prints on windows. Spit dribbles down the walls and suspicious brown marks on the bathroom door. We were only booked in for breakfast and were sadly disappointed by the standard. Poor selection of cereals, the hot drinks were all awful. Boiled eggs that hadn’t been blanched, so when you peeled the shell off, half the egg came away too. Funny tasting cooked tomatoes. The runniest beans you’ve ever seen. The list goes on. After 3 days of trying we gave up when my partner brought it all back up after a strange tasting sausage. Only 1 British TV channel. BBC News. So when it poured it down with rain all day it got a bit boring. Staff were helpful if you asked but no one looked happy to be there. Or went out of their way to be friendly. I was expecting a lot more from a hotel advertising its self as a 4* but we now know not to stay at any other Best Hotels if this is the standard they aim for.
