Axel Hotel Valencia – Adults Only

The staff were very attentive, polite and nice. They greeted you with a smile and was willing to answer all questions with a smile. The location of the hotel is excellent restaurants, markets all around and easy taxi/bus access to anywhere. Thank You Axel Valencia we had a wonderful time.

Super central and well designed! Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also good!

Beautiful Hotel in a great area

Lovely room, friendly staff and perfect location

Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. Rooms are clean and spacious, we even enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi which is a great treat after a day of walking. Highly recommend....

Amazing location. Very well maintained with helpful staff. The breakfast was very fulfilling with great choice and helpful staff. Recommended at least once and also visiting the bar, at least once. Rooftop dip pool very nice touch also.

The hotel is ideally located, the staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive and there was a fabulous cafe very close by with healthy options at a really good price. We didn’t use the plunge pool or other amenities as we were busy sight seeing beautiful Valencia. We booked a standard room and it was too small, not what we are used to so I do think it was a little overpriced. The rooms were cleaned daily but the floor tiles were stained and it made it look dirty. The shower cubicle had a plain glass door so you need to be comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with. There is a small toilet in the middle of the room with a frosted glass door - really not private at all. There were two condoms on the bedside table which said let the games begin on the box, not really appropriate for old married couples but it gave us a laugh.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s hospitality—the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to start each morning being greeted with a smile at breakfast. The rooftop views were absolutely incredible.

The Axel Hotel in Valencia exceeded our expectations. We had shopped on Hotels.com for a nice room in the old quarter of Valencia, and many of the choices were super-expensive, some of them twice the price of a room at Axel. At Axel, the staff was exceptionally pleasant, the breakfast really nice, and every aspect of the hotel was clean and well done. The work-out space was quite good, a rarity in the center of most European cities we have visited. The view from the roof (tiny pool) was exceptional. We now will look for the Axel chain in other cities we hope to visit.
