Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos, café da manhã era fraco (café ruim). Em período de férias tudo que não se quer é horários fixos, porém o café da manhã tinha que ser no horário proposto.

I made a booking for 3 people for for 3 rooms My friends were both given a larger room as the booking suggested and mine was very small. I was disappointed as I was a gold member of Hotels .com Only after complaining and some time did they find a room the same size as my friends. I think they tried to give me a room for a single person but I was paying for a double. However the hotel was well positioned and clean. It was a bit noisy as night as it was very echoey. Really noisy inside the hotel. Not only are the doors barely blocking any sound, but the staff at the coffee shop downstairs keep banging dishes early in the morning. The shower temperature also constantly changes from warm to scalding hot, then freezing cold.
