Clean and spacious. Conveniently located

Apartment is very clean and wonderfully kept. Basic amenities are provided which makes our short stay worry-free. The communication with the staff, even after we have checked in is highly responsive and effective. They are very friendly too. Definitely a new go-to venue for our JB visit in future!

Excellent stay on the high floor great unblocked views. Essential amenities were all there. Parking was complimentary. Access to shopping, food options and entertainment was great.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment upon arrival! We arrived early and since the apt wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage at the front counter and went to a nearby coffee shop for lunch. Love that it was walking distance to many cafes including Burung Hantu Nasi Lemak. Apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished with amenities provided including a washer/dryer and detergent which was perfect since we needed to wash some clothes. Love the pool on the top floor. Communication with staff was great! Will come again!

There is no clear instruction on check-in. Totally confusing!

Very responsive staff to help with everything in the home. Down sides to consider are- only one key card so that makes going out separately challenging. Laundry area was really good...clothes dry super fast after washing. detergent provided. Helpful host that provided mosquito repellent when we complaint of bites after 1st night stay Location excellent within walking distance to KSL and many food places around

Very good and strategic place for shopping and staycation. Apartment was very cosy and we have a great time.

Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular. On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better.
