Firstly, the hot tub was not usable as the stopper was faulty, making it impossible to fill the tub. Secondly, room service closed before 10:00 PM, and we were charged simply for having a bucket of ice delivered, which was unexpected and unreasonable. Lastly, the check-out experience was unpleasant. The staff (a lady at the counter) was rude and reprimanded us for being 15 minutes late past the 1:00 PM check-out time, warning that we would be charged a half-day rate if it happened again. Feedback noted on our end as well, this will be our first and last stay at this hotel.

Maybe can put a good customer service at front desk.. Breakfast not as expected not worth..

The hotel is within walking distance to KSL Mall and some of the eateries we visited. Hotel staff are also very friendly. The room upgrades also came as a pleasant surprise for us even though it's only a 1 night stay booking.

Clean and pleasant

The property meets basic requirements but could be better with some upgrading. The toilet amenities can be improved. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety can be better. Good location as it is walking distance to KSL.

Everything is so-so. Selectiveness at breakfast payment for extra pax. We were rightfully charged RM20 per payable child for 2 children, but multiple children after us were seen to be let in without payment despite being of age.

Personally I think it still well maintain considering it has been operated for many years, the furniture and room condition are aging, hopefully the management could replace them accordingly. Nevertheless, it still a value for money consider the room space.
