We check in around 9.30 pm without much delay. We put a RM$100 deposit which is returned on our check out. From the window in our room, we can see the KSL city mall. Aircon and shower are good. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. My only gripe is the small space at the wash basin.

Clean hotel with all necessary amenities but dont expect much for the quality. Its near KSL mall (10 min walk), and close enough to Woodland Checkpt.

We were upgraded to deluxe room on the 20th floor. Room size is big. Two twin beds are big also. Room is clean. But the room is slightly old with torn laminates on the furniture and holes on the sofa. Breakfast was alright. Some of the dishes was stale and not heated up properly. Overall, the stay was good but not great.

I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit run down and need to do a better job of cleaning the floors and replace the old towels

Bathtub- after using it for shower, the floor will have puddles of water. So slippery that I almost fell down , the shower curtain don’t seem to work to prevent the floor wet. The toilet bowl is very hard to flush
