Rooms are spacious and clean. Rituals products are nice. Location is great, opposite the sea garden and close to the beach and town centre. However, Stuff could be more friendly and helpful. Staff don’t pick up a phone at reception. Sometimes responding with an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend room on the 12th floor. A lot of noice coming from air conditioning installed on the roof. Didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was good, basic but fresh and good coffee. Overall an average experience.

Logés au 11e avec vue sur la mer Noire. Bien apprécié. Hôtel très tranquille à ce moment de l'année.

This was our 3rd stay and was nice to see some of the same friendly staff from previous visits. Check in was very quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival. The vie from the 9th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only small thing I would add is that the hotplate food at breakfast could have been hotter. I used the spa and pool area most days and found it was kept clean with good facilities. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the hotel.
