O serviço de limpeza é 5 estrelas. Os funcionários foram muito eficientes mas não expressaram simpatia. O estacionamento é bom mas existe alguma dificuldade na entrada devido à necessidade de aproximação do cartão devido à rampa bastante inclinada junto ao pilarete de controle. Na minha primeira entrada aproximei o veiculo e o mesmo raspou no chão. Para que não volta-se a acontecer tive de deixar o mesmo mais afastado e sair da viatura para passar o cartão. Penso que num dia de chuva isso poder ser um problema. Relativamente ao pequeno almoço tudo 5 estrelas. No geral gostei muito.

Todo el personal muy amable y dan las indicaciones de cómo transportarse al centro de Sevilla. La ubicación es ideal para descansar a solo 7 minutos en auto del casco antiguo. Las instalaciones impecables

We had a very pleasant 4-day stay at this welcoming hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception area was spotless and attractive, creating a great first impression. Our room was bright, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that it wasn’t particularly environmentally friendly, as it overlooked the motorway. However, the location more than made up for it — with a cinema, a few shops, and several restaurants just a short walk away, everything we needed was nearby. Parking was plentiful. There’s on-site parking available, but we also appreciated that parking on the street outside the hotel was free. Service throughout our stay was excellent. The breakfast was very good and set us up well for the day. A lovely bonus was the free tea and coffee available 24 hours in the reception area — especially helpful as there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The manager was kind enough to show us the family room, which was spacious and well laid out — perfect for a future visit. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Seville. We’ll gladly recommend it to family and friends.

Stayed here a couple of times now. Clean rooms and easy to speak to staff. Good price and i would certainly stay again if in the area.

Sin personas que atiendan. Por teléfono, la persona no me dio el estacionamiento y ni siquiera me pudo explicar cómo llegar (y eso que estaba a 50mt.

Was just an overnight stay but i would stay again. Comfy bed and bathroom with good shower. Free parking around the hotel was a big plus. Couldn't fault the staff.
