I recently travel to Madrid with my family for vacation, and I we stayed at Iconic suites, the property was has described in the picture, it is one of the cleanest place I stayed throughout my ,the staff was very responsive and Nice. The location is pretty good the metro is a 5 min walk and many bus stop are available. I definitely would stay there again.

The property was exactly as pictured, very clean, modern, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was the communication. The WhatsApp messages didn’t seem to be monitored regularly, and getting the access codes was more difficult than it should have been. It was also frustrating that no one answered the phone every time I called. If they improved their communication and had someone available to answer calls or return them promptly, this would easily be a five-star place. Overall, it’s a great property, and I would probably there again.

excellent stay, clean and beautiful room, daily cleaning, very comfortable bed and the sofa bed is quite good for its type. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it had a kitchen with all the necessities. However, there should have been at least a chair or a stool in the room. 10/10 I would definitely go back

It was a great hotel, we would absolutely book again. the Housekeeping personal was great as well very helpful room had great AC .!
