Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included at no extra charge and was excellent. I had a pancake served with fresh fruit and it was delicious and filling. They had a number of choices available all day and even prepared an early take away breakfast for us the day we went out on an early tour. The property met all our needs but could benefit from some routine maintenance to things like bathroom faucet and fixtures and shower door caulking. Great location for sightseeing. Overall an excellent value choice.

Great staff at the hotel and restaurant. The owner -Gade - was especially helpful. Don’t pass up the restaurant as the food was excellent every time. I will highly recommend Elliebum Hotel to anyone going to Chaing Mai.

Clean room and bathroom, lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly, great location close to the centre of everything, and delicious breakfasts with awesome latte art!

Staff here was amazing. Owner and staff friendly and helpful everyday. Breakfast was made to order and of high quality. They made our stay in Chiang Mai unbelievable. Thank you for the amazing hospitallity

නියමයි Fantastic and attentive staff, extremely helpful and friendly, especially with our ‘out of hours’ requests. Hotel is well located in the Old City, within walking distance from every major point, easy to find and get to. It’s clean, very comfortable firm bed. You get what you pay for for a 3*, and is excellent value for money. Very good a la carte breakfast.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean.
But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price.
