Beautiful hidden little gem! Staff were lovely, place was spotless! They even made up a breakfast pack for us, with fresh juice, for our early morning departure 💙

Small but quaint little hotel that is very walkable and convenient. Lots around only downside was getting 1 card at check in and needing to put place it in the key holder for AC so the room would be hot upon return.

Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at Pastell. The staff was phenomenal and made a huge impact with our children. They made the Songkran festivities accessible and so much fun. Food was great, staff always willing to help or make a recommendation, rooms were small but clean and well appointed, great location in Old Town, walkable to massages and restaurants or easy to pick up a Grab/Bolt. If we ever find our way back to Chiang Mai, we’ll absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially appreciated the personal touches throughout the hotel — they really made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again!
