This hotel claimed to have AC, but the AC was barely working in our rooms. In addition, there was a live bug on our bed and the hotel staff was unable to do anything about it. We suspect it was a bed bug. They did not have a mini fridge in the rooms. The staff was nice, but the hotel is far from full service.

Lovely modern hotel. Clean, fantastic view from junior suite. Nice breakfast. Brilliant location, interlaken west train station on doorstep. Couple of small negatives: no mini fridge in room, can hear train outside window in the morning.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was located right in front of the train which made it extremely convenient. The only negative thing is that there was no ventilation even with the windows open. I would request an apartment with windows facing the rail road tracks as fresh air comes from that direction. Our rooms had the windows towards the road so there was no ventilation which made it hard to sleep at night, even with the fans that were in the rooms.
