Westlight Lisboa Madalena

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

On arrival we were met by a wonderful man on reception who was so welcoming & helpful. He made us a list of local restaurants and directions on how to get to each. Unfortunately for us we never saw him again. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The bathroom was equally spacious & lovely. We had air con but also the windows could open like a door or in varied directions. We were fortunate to be in a back room away from the lift, our room was very peaceful. The hanging space allocated for clothes was a little odd as it was directly over the fridge. I had maxi dresses with me which did not easily hang with the height of the rail. The safe was a little temperamental but the receptionist came up & changed the battery. There was a little plaque with a QR code in the room which was intended to give you information (in place of a handbook with info such as reception number etc) the AR code didnt work. We didn’t get told about the breakfast room on the lower part of the hotel (accessible from the street) so we only learned about it on our last day. So we had 1 inclusive breakfast instead of 5. These were all minor things. The hotel and staff were great and the area was local to everything in each direction. Would happily stay again & recommend to others.

The breakfast was different but good and also free.The staff was patient with our many questions about getting around and there were plenty of restaurants in our immediate area.Also transportation was near we were on a train a subway and busses also we took a taxi here and there

We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean. They have a young excellent staff who was extremely helpful and informative about the area and the environment. The breakfast provided was tasty and excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends that travel to Lisbon.

west light was very close to all transportation and restaurants it was also close to the river. The area has hills and for me going uphill was difficult but my son had no problem.I was also close to the FIFA watch parties.The room itself was narrow rather wide but suited us. The staff was amazing patiently answering all our questions and breakfast was free and tasty

The carpet was pretty dirty in the room and needs to be replaced. The room was large though and the staff was friendly. I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star hotel though.

The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfy. How ever we arrived pretty much empty handed because the airline delayed our luggage. We told the girls up front about it. The luggage got there the night of and no one told us. I called the next morning at 9am and I had to ask if the luggage’s were there and they receptionist, said yes since last night. I think it would had been nice and courteous, for them to have called us as they arrived.

Nice beds. Big room size.

Staff were very nice, helped make our honeymoon special :)

The rooms are small but the hotel is very centrally located. Not much amenities in the actual rooms and need a good spring clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful at reception. The breakfast was very good and staff at the cafe was lovely!
