Every staff member was just so lovely. They were so helpful and ready to answer all our queries. We basically got stuck in the hotel for two days due to Typhoon Bavi and being Singaporeans, we had pretty basic knowledge about the kind of prep to take. But thanks to the great team here, we had a safe and great time still. Also, the location is awesome. Literally across from Ximending. Even with Bavi’s disruption, we had no problem getting food.

Great place to stay right at Ximending. Access to self-service washer and dryers were perfect for our 2 week stay. Conveniently right by the Ximen station and Ximending in general. Staff spoke English and super helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, cost a bit more than other nearby hotels, but this had bigger room, perfect location, right at MRT doorstep with 7-11 downstairs. Can't ask for more.

Let’s start with how close it is to the night market and the subway station, super convenient. It even has a 24‑hour 7‑Eleven right next door. Most of my interactions with the staff were on the first day, and after that everything was smooth and only as needed. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. The blanket and pillow were super comfortable. I was honestly wondering where I could buy the same ones. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. There were many useful amenities on site including but not limited to luggage scale, complimentary luggage storage, pay-per-use washer/dryers, microwave, water refill station, complimentary travel accessories: toothbrushes, mosquito patches, maps, clothes stain remover wipes, alcohol wipes, etc.
