The hotel was in a great location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us ship our luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto when we checked out so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around. Definitely will be staying here again!

Top tier location, near Kyobashi Station, right next to a 7-11, 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station, legit couldn’t ask for a better location

The place was in the perfect location for us. The Ginza line is close by and the staff were very friendly. We traveled with 2 little ones and the staff made all of us welcome. The place is also such a vibe! Definitely coming back to stay here

This Hotel is a little quirky (Cartoon wallpapers in Lift foyers and rooms) but is great - even for the business traveller.
While the rooms were on the small side (pretty typical for Tokyo) they were well appointed. The workspace on level 1 is great for working away from the office or simply doing some emails and the cafe on the ground floor provides some good food and coffee options.
Best of all, the hotel is located within a 5 min walk of Kyobashi Railway station (providing ready access to sightseeing activities across Tokyo) and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.
A great option for a stay in Tokyo.

I really liked this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is nice, the laundry/kitchenette/work area amenities are excellent. The room was petite but perfect in terms of having everything you need. Really good location from food to shopping to public transit - you're a 10 minute walk from a bus station with airport bus access, but it was also very easy to get to the hotel from the subway/NRT train. Overall aesthetic & design very fun. The ramen noodle restaurant steps away from the hotel is great too. Perfect spot for solo travelers.
