Amazing staff, Judy , Ann, Sebastian and Jan. Jan was great at breakfast and dinner . Always smiling . Both ladies at reception were helpful especially with fixing up a pick up for a tour . Sebastian on nights was great . Made the best hot chocolate .

Had a very pleasant week-long stay here. Opted to include breakfast with the booking and that was worth it. Bed was extremely comfortable! Used the easy to access public transit the entire stay. Pool is small but pretty and well kept. The entire hotel is clean, staff very kind, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was clean but the facilities are very old. Cracks in the bath tub and breakfast area needs some repairs.

The point of difference for this hotel was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. We left a phone in the room and received a call advising that. They kept it safe until we picked it a couple of weeks later. They secured suitcases we didn’t need during a 2 week trip to the Cape. We used the washing/ drying facilities on our return, worked well. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel which was convenient and a good pub next door. We chose this hotel as its adjacent a bus stop we needed for a pickup for our tour. It was convenient to catch buses into town. A short uber ride to the airport. Enjoyed our stay.
