The hotel was quite handy to the lagoon, Esplanade and a wide variety of eateries.
Instructions to enter the building were clear and all worked well. The room was clean, bed comfy & shower hot. Small milk in the fridge, aircon good, good sized main room & bedroom.

Definitely the property didn't meet the expectations. Pictures shown were not of the property but more like AI made, as property was not like the pictures at all. I had booked 2 bedroom set and I got one room with 2 single beds and one sofa come bed. Sofa come bed was very old and in a very bad condition. It was not worth to cost for this property. Location was excellent but I am sure their would be other options around. Pictures deceived us. Also rating of 4.9 not sure how this property has it maybe for the location.

The only bad comment was the TV had poor reception. But you you are on holiday so you don’t watch it much. Our room had great wifi my friend was staying in another room and said it was very bad. Overall, I would recommend staying at this apartment.

Very spacious and comfortable condo/apartment. The location was excellent to walk to the pier for tours, as well as plenty of shopping and dining choices.

Good location, close to Cairns city centre and public transport.
Poor kitchen implements, had to buy my own pots in order to prepare my meals.
Upon checking out I dropped my room key in the keybox as Hotel staff had not yet arrived. To my horror I could not open the exitdoor without my key. I was now stuck in the hotel foyer.
No way of exiting this space could lead to a dangerous situation in case of fire for example.
