Food were cold in the breakfast buffet. You will look for your own table, some staff just talking to each other not attending to the guests. There are times that you have to lean forward when getting food because the staff didn’t put it closer or move the food closer nor refill the container when there were few left. They waited for the guest to tell them what to do.

Rocky start to our 5day stay. TV did not work properly. Voiced out our concerns and was eventually led to their rooms manager. He promptly found a solution. Smooth sailing from then on. Breakfast buffet varied daily and always excellent. Staff was always ready for any of our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Shout-out to Rey Lagata, good guy..

The breakfast options were average. The tastes were also average. For the price, I would have expected the same breakfast options like Marco Polo or Waterfront Hotel in Cebu - whose breakfast are known to be really great! However, the saving grace is the room - it was clean and they always bring us fresh towels, coffee, tea and other toiletries. The front desk staff were friendly and polite and so were their other staff.

Beautiful. The buffet for breakfast provides many options. The hotel understands both the filipino culture and outside culture as well. The pool is spectacular. The service is top notch.
