We stayed in the executive suites; these are better than the standard rooms and bigger. Yet, rooms are still rather dark, but at least the rooms we were given had a true window that we can let light in. What we like: easy walk across to LimKetkai Mall, good and reasonably priced massage within the hotel, easy to get to SM downtown mall and Gaisano Mall. Staff were helpful but front-desk were rather cold and unwelcoming. What can be improved: breakfast and variety of dishes. They could definitely improve on the breads and use local fresh bread, as well as the many local fruits (introduce papayas, etc.),

Great place near of everything, nice staff. What I need to improve are the rooms of the hotel looks old need upgrade thier shower and aircon.

Lost wifi several times in room 436. Breakfast ok. Had bacon last day there. Thankfully. Staff amazing. Spouse killed a cockroach. Need to spray for bugs. They lay thousands of eggs you see one roach theres thousands you dont see.
