Great value, great service, excellent location, close to train station Duomo, and many of the best restaurants and shops.

The location was nice as it was walking distance from several attractions. The staff was very helpful. She offered help with directions and restaurant suggestions and also ordered us a taxi. The room was clean and roomy for the two of us.

We stay for a day and there where moving

Friendly staff, there was a musty smell to the room though.

This was the worst hotel of our Italy trip. The staff did the best to help. You enter via a dark entrance, extremely unwelcoming with 3 mismatched old sofas, covered with old torn cushions. Looks like a bad hostel. Our room had an extremely strong swerage smell. It was so overpowering, it gave me a headache and made us all feel sick. Luca (check in staff) tried to help by adding a very strong chemical solution to the drain as well as air freshners to the room. We didn't have a chance to change rooms as we were heading out on tour. We came back late at night, the smell was better, masked by the freshners, we noticed dirty coffee cups and there was only 2 and there was three of us. The room was barely furnished, missing side tables, lights, wall furnishings etc but randomly there was a large mini fridge and a safe for valuables but it was not bolted down so anyone could have just taken off with it. Very strange. We were checking out early the next morning, the staff only work certain hours so if you are arriving or leaving outside of 10am - 4pm, you are out of luck to see anyone. Your key and details are left at check in. Unfortunately we had already paid to come back and could not cancel. We arrived at 10.30pm and keys to a different room. Unfortunately, my bed in this room was completely broken. The mattress springs were coming out so I could not even sleep. As it was so late, there was no one to talk to. Terrible. I took lots of photos and videos.

Absolutely amazing location, staff and room. We were welcomed with so much love. Traveled with my 10 year old son and myself so the area was perfectly safe. We had lost luggage and the manager was so quick to give us things he had and offered to run to grab us clothes. Truly can’t say how much we loved this place

Staff very helpful. Rooms nice. Big windows swing open to allow air in. Nice terrace available to sit
