Lobby needs updating. There’s paint flaking off the walls and should be repaired to live up to the rest of the property standard. Check in staff was friendly (though had to wait on the street for about 20 mins as it is more of an Airbnb without keyless entry) and helped us to check in 3 hrs early and so we can get some needed rest. There is a lot of noise at night from the bar across the street per other reviews and it seems that people don’t go home until past 4 am. So for those who are light sleepers, watch out. I couldn’t use the ear plugs provided as they hurt my ears. Balcony was nicely appreciated for some fresh air, but the smell from the trash across the street at times and night bar noise made us keep the doors closed at all times. The room was nicely updated and spacious, and cleaned everyday by housekeeping, which was nicely appreciated. Over all I am happy with my 3 nights stay.

Loved the design features of the Cais Urban Lodge, made it a fantastic place to stay. The location was ideal, near the waterfront and a whole range of restaurants and bars.

This is an outstanding property, beautifully designed and curated. Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during heat-wave conditions. It is very well located near the waterfront, rail station and hundreds of cafes. Highly recommended.
