Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station.
I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back.

The room is clean, nice view from my balcony and the staffs were really friendly and helpful!
Location is good too, short 10mins walk to city centre and walkable to places of interest.
Love the beer at the bar next to the hotel.
Strongly recommended!
