Beautiful apartment in very convenient location, close to metro station. Spacious, air conditioned, and the beds are super comfortable. We loved our stay at Bob w in Madrid!

The room was clean, AC worked perfectly, the washing machine was really nice to have. The cleaning staff was helpful. The luggage storage was a big plus

Great accommodation, communication and check in process.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is (I’d have given it 4.5 if possible) is:
(1) The microwave in our property was out of order (the host knew - it had a sticker on It saying so) and we were not told before we arrived, which was a bit annoying. They subsequently offered to move us to another but it was the evening by then, we were tired and only staying one night. Surely it would have been better to put us in a property with a working microwave before checking in?
(2) if you head straight up the road or turn right out of the property the area is fine; but if you turn left and it is a bit dodgy and don’t feel 100% safe on the street. There was also a camp of homeless people straight outside the door. To be clear the property felt very safe and secure.

Apartamento amplo, confortável, com 2 suítes. O hotel tem uma área de lavanderia que você pode lavar suas roupas sem custo. E nessa lavanderia tem vários itens como café, sabão pra máquina de lavar louça, sacos de lixo. Achei bem interessante.
Em frente o hotel tem um mercado.
Não fizemos muita coisa na região do hotel. Mas tem estação de metrô bem próximo e usamos ônibus também, foi ótimo pro deslocamento na cidade.

Location was great, especially for someone who likes to walk a lot. Would return for lunch, then head out again. Very residential with grocery stores, banks, near the major museums, and Retiro Park. Walked everyday in the park, rain or shine. My room was spacious. Nice walk in shower.
