Very amazing location , villa is very nice with the private pool.

The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier. Staff very helpful and lovely. Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great. Beach club was nice. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua. Over all beautiful accommodation and service.

My wife and I stayed at The Bale for two weeks in June 2026. I can honestly say it was one of the best vacations we’ve had and its in large part due to our stay at The Bale. As background, my wife and I primarily look for relaxation on our vacations over a plethora of excursions and sightseeing. Bali was beautiful and the excursions were great but this review is solely about our stay at The Bale. As mentioned, our primary goal on vacation is to relax so where we stay is paramount in whether our stay is good or not. If you are looking to relax and be pampered, then The Bale is perfect. There are only 30 or so units and its adult only so it was very tranquil and quiet during our stay. The room we stayed in (One Bedroom Deluxe) was incredible. The room was clean and very well kept. The staff cleaned it daily and provided turn down service at night. The private pool was a terrific addition as I often woke up, hit the gym and came back to the room to shower and hit the gym. Speaking of the shower, the outdoor shower was a huge favorite of my wife and me. The butler service (and service in general) provided was exceptional. The staff provided amenities, room service, arranged excursions for us, arranged transportation throughout Bali and answered ordinary questions all through the app. The staff was very quick to respond to inquiries/requests through the app, which was nice. Our stay at The Bale Nusa Dua was absolutely unforgettable! The best thing about this property is without a doubt the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel not only welcome but truly part of the family. The property itself is sleek and contemporary, with an intimate and exclusive feel. The private pool villas are exceptional—romantic, quiet, and incredibly memorable. We especially loved the relaxing outdoor bed beside the private pool, which was the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast experience was outstanding. You can choose to dine at the restaurant or in your villa, which is a wonderful touch. We opted for the “floating breakfast” in our private pool—an experience we’ll never forget! Two staff members who truly stood out were Kiki and Bayu, both of whom went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness made our trip so special. The property also offers a free shuttle service within the local area, bookable through an app, which made it very convenient for us to explore, shop, and dine locally. The spa and gym facilities are top-notch as well, adding to the luxury of the stay. Overall, The Bale Nusa Dua is ideal for a romantic getaway. Because it’s not a massive property, the attention and service you receive are incredibly personal and first-class. Highly recommended—and thank you to the entire team for the beautiful memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Balé. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property itself is truly amazing. The villas are very clean and spacious with your own private pool, not to mention a full sized covered day bed. The Balé has their own vehicle/driver, for which they are very accommodating if you need an airport transfer or ride within the Nusa Dua area. Upon arrival the staff will assist you in down loading an app enabling everything to be at your finger tip for arranging room service, tours, transport, spa treatments, or to contact reception if away from the villas. A big thank you to all for making our stay very memorable.
