Bali Nusa Dua Hotel

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet was really great and the beds and rooms were very comfortable.

Affordable than accommodation by the beach.. accessible to everything.. great breakfast buffet.. and wonderful staff at the restaurant!!!

We loved our big room that opened directly to the garden. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of both Balinese and Western selections, and the staff were attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This property is beautiful and so are the staff. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was. The grounds are very well kept with staff maintaining the gardens everyday. Breakfast is lovely and everything was so fresh. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and Bali Collection shopping centre. We also located nearby a mini mart do we could buy some extra drinks and snacks. Our flights were changed by our airline and it was no problem booking an extra night. We would definitely stay here again .

Extremely kind and professional, yet friendly staff who quickly responded to our every question/inquiry/need. It is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Good location in Nusa Dua (shuttle bus to Balli Collection, a shopping centre with many restaurants, and shuttle bas to beach, but each location is 5 min walk as well). They could improve on a few things to maintain their 5 star rating. I found pillows too soft and thin. It would have been good to have one softer, one harder pillow to cater for guests with different preferences. The air-con worked very well, but it was a bit noisy. When we complained, they sent someone very quickly to check and fix. It seemed fixed that day, but it went back to being noisy again. Luckily it wasn't very hot during our stay, so we would turn it off during night to avoid constant noise. Another thing that would be very easy to fix is towels that were grey and worn out from being used for a long time. Not something you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, with many choices so it is definitely worth it, except if you have allergies. I am a celiac and staff tried very hard to accommodate me, but good will and great service cannot make up for the fact that, apart from eggs and salad, my options were very limited. They even bought GF bread for me (unfortunately it was sweet and tasted more like a cake than bread), and they offered every morning to make nasi goreng for me, but one can only eat so many eggs and nasi gorengs.

Every aspect of this day for two nights was unmatchable. Probably the best room I have ever stayed in any hotel. Breakfast was amazing with respect to to the food options and quality of the food and the taste of food. There was a small confusion though that roughly of the same name there is a one more hotel next to this hotel with The beachfront and disorder. Do not have any contact with the beach. But definitely if needed, I would recommend to go to stay this hotel.

Rooms were very nice, continental breakfast was awesome, staff extremely helpful and pleasant, overall building is very nice, walking distance to shopping and restaurants

Not a five star hotel Very dirty overall. The Gum is a joke, breakfast 2/5 at best. Service 3/5 is being kind.
