BQ Amfora Beach Hotel - Adults Only

They gave me a room designed for a person with a disability, even though I didn't request one. The bathroom smelled like a nursing home, and I found a small hair on the bed sheets. On top of that, there was a water leak from somewhere in the room, making it impossible to sleep. I also emailed the hotel twice before my arrival, but they never replied. The main advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the airport.

It would be helpful if there were signage indicating where the amenities are located without have to ask the already overloaded staff.

Nice pool and towels available free of charge. Buffet is simple especially if you need to leave early morning. Clean, close to the beach.

Hard to find parking lot. Stained bedsheet. Kind staffs.

The location was nice, but our experience with cleanliness and customer service was a little disappointing. We usually don’t raise issues like this, but for a 4-star hotel we expected different. We found hair and stains on our bedding and contacted the front desk staff immediately after check-in. The staff seemed confused and reluctant to address the issue until we produced photos for evidence. They sent attendants up to our room and when we went back in to check the hair was gone but sheets were the exact same. We choose not to pursue the matter further because the attendants stared at us as we walked down the hall, likely due to our complaint as they were just heading out of our room, which made us feel uncomfortable since we didn’t want to cause any problems. Overall the location was good and we didn’t have any other issues besides this. I would also like to add that after this, during the remainder of our stay, the other staff seemed very friendly.

Great location. Tiny pool with many smokers, coffee not available until 10:30.

Third time here, excellent once again can’t recommend enough

Very clean room with some being balconies and some window. Some rooms are smaller than others but ours was very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful and the area felt very safe. Was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and always around to help. Room was clean and the shower and air con were really good. I only had breakfast once but there was a lot of variety and really nice.

Awesome hotel, extremely clean and wonderful staff. Highly recommended.
