This is my third visit to this spa. Previously, it was very convenient because I was staying at the Avani hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the environment, the masseuse's attitude, and her technique! Service: Polite/Happy to listen. Environment: A bit small. Masseuse: Attentive + Polite.

The masseur are professional who giving me a very good massage, I've felt really relaxed after the treatment and the room is very clean comfortable , such a wonderful massage experience .

Onsen's water is at room temperature, which is weird. Sauna room is down, facilities are not well-maintained

It's located within the hotel, but the entrance is by the poolside, which can be a bit hard to find. When you go up the elevator, the sign that says "Viva Jiva" is for the gym. The spa is to the right when you open the door to the pool. Everyone was very kind, and their skills were excellent. The price is also quite reasonable for a spa located inside a hotel.

The branch is right next to BTS Samrong Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to. The interior is clean and cozy, and the masseurs are professional with firm techniques. After the massage, a whole day's fatigue is completely released. It offers excellent value for money. Everything was perfect; the only regret is that it's so popular that if you don't book in advance, you might have to wait a while upon arrival.
