Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, which allowed us to start our trip ahead of schedule. Booking the Railbike + Legoland package was a great decision. Our driver was very helpful throughout the entire journey and made everything hassle-free. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

We had a wonderful full-day private tour and would like to thank Mr. Kim for making it such an enjoyable experience. He was punctual, friendly, and very helpful throughout the day. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and his safe driving made the journey relaxing and pleasant. He also assisted us with all admission tickets, including rail bike reservations, and kindly took many photos for us, which we greatly appreciated. Lunch was delicious. We highly recommend this tour and especially thank Mr. Kim for his outstanding service.

Roo was our tour guide for the day and she was excellent! Roo was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Korea. She was accommodating to the groups needs and we hope to have her as our tour guide again when returning back for a holiday to Korea!! Thank you for such a memorable day 😊😊

Patrick was our tour guide. And he’s handsome. Super handsome! But kidding aside, his great command in English made our trip super easy and smooth. He’s well knowledgeable and has a great personality. Although our lunch in itself was not included in the cost when we booked the trip, Patrick made reservations for us making us enjoy our dalkgalbi (grilled chicken) which is what’s famous in the Nami Island area. As for the tours themselves, for me personally we enjoyed our visits in Nami Island even if it’s a short stay there due to three other places to visit after, then the rail bike (which my kids and I truly enjoyed), kimbap making and wearing hanboks, completing our trip at Seodaemun Hongje Waterfall. I also booked other tours here in Klook for our week long stay here in Korea, but the tour we had with Patrick was the most enjoyable and relaxing in a way. Thank you so much Patrick!

I booked this tour for my family of eight (one child and seven adults). Our driver and guide, Wang Yongho, was professional and helpful throughout our day tour to Alpaca World and Nami Island. We had one passenger that had mobility issues and he was very mindful of this need. Regarding mobility and accessibility, Alpaca World is a great place but not necessarily for a visitor in a wheelchair or motorized chair. The hills are very steep. if you want to just see the alpacas, you can do so by staying at the entrance pen to the park. Nami Island is also a bit rough to navigate because of the non-paved pathways and some stone pavers. if you have mobility issues it is rough but not impossible. Overall, given this info, I would definitely recommend this private transfer and tour for people who want to explore on their own but also have a reliable driver. Just keep in mind that it may not meet your needs if you have major mobility issues.

මාටින් අපගේ සංචාරක මාර්ගෝපදේශකයා ලෙස සිටි නාමි දූපත් දින සංචාරය අපට ඉතා විශිෂ්ට අත්දැකීමක් විය. විශේෂයෙන්ම ඔහුගේ සියලු නිර්දේශ සමඟින්, දවස ඉතා පහසු, විවේකී සහ විනෝදජනක විය. අපගේ ප්‍රියතම කොටස වූයේ ඔහු අපව දිවා ආහාරය සඳහා රැගෙන ගිය අවන්හලයි, එහිදී අපි චීස් චිකන් සහ ටොක්බොක්කි කෑවෙමු. සිප් ලයින් එක විනාඩි 60ක පමණ ගමනක් බව මට වැටහුණේ නැත, එබැවින් අපි එය නොකළෙමු, නමුත් අන් අය එය සහ ස්පීඩ් බෝට්ටුව භාවිතා කරන ආකාරය බැලීම ඉතා සිසිල් විය. බයිසිකල් කුලියට ගැනීම දූපතේ ඉතා පහසු වන අතර, මුළු දූපතම දැකීම වඩාත් පහසු සහ වේගවත් කළේය (අපි ටැන්ඩම් යුගල බයිසිකලය භාවිතා කළෙමු). රේල් බයිසිකලය ද ඉතා සිසිල් වූ අතර, පුද්ගලයන් 4 දෙනෙකු සමඟ කඳුකරයේ ගමන් කිරීම වඩාත් පහසු විය. ආපසු එන ගමනේදී ගමනාගමනය අතිශයින්ම දරුණු විය, නමුත් රියදුරු හැකි ඉක්මනින් අපව ආපසු ගෙන ඒම සඳහා වාහන අතරින් රිය පැදවූ බැවින්, ඔහුටත් අපගේ ස්තූතිය පුද කරමු 👏 ස්තූතියි! 😊

We had a wonderful family trip, and Madam Rose played a big part in making it so enjoyable! She guided us very well throughout the tour and communicated clearly in excellent English. Mr Shin is our tour guide and driver for the day. The whole trip is well-paced and we were able to visit many places in this day trip (we chose Alpaca World -> Nami Island -> Morning Calm Garden) . It’s great that Mr Shin messaged us one day before the trip informing us the meeting time/place, full-day itinerary timings and even the maps for the trips. He is a friendly guide and can converse well in both English and Chinese. (PS: Lunch is not included in the tour but we had our lunch on the main island right before our ferry to nami island. The area has many chicken galbi restaurants- I recommend NOT to go to 남이섬 웰빙 닭갈비 / Namiseom Wellbeing Dakgalbi for lunch - we’ve experienced unfriendly, poor service there and they ONLY ACCEPTS CASH! Without putting any “cash only” signage in their restaurant.) . Nevertheless - overall it’s a good day trip !
