This hotel provides basic amenities, has an Onsen on 4/F for hotel guest, and closes to JR Namba station. It’s not far to get to local attractions and other cities for sightseeing.

Love the place, super quiet but luxurious quality. Room is spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself. Staff are friendly as well. Subway station is just outside the hotel. 7eleven, starbucks and various restaurants are all around the area. Has direct access to a drugstore as well, perfect for your grocery. Would definitely reco to my family and friends! Thank you guys! 🙏

I highly recommend this hotel. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The hotel is located close to public transportation, restaurants and bars, which is very convenient and at the same time the street where it's located is tranquil... The room and bathroom are small but with enough room for comfort. Exactly what I needed.

The staff are very friendly. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free ramen and eggs available, which is incredibly generous. The hot springs are also very comfortable, and the massage chairs are free, so there's nothing to complain about. Highly recommended! After soaking, there are popsicles, and in the morning, there's Yakult.

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

Good stay. But as usual, room is small, can only open cabin size suitcase on floor, anything larger than that have to put it on bed to open. But you can put your free pyjamas on the bed as a mat before you put your luggage in case your luggage is dirty. Deep bath tub good for soaking after a long day.

One adult, one middle school student, and one elementary student stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Since it's concept-wise a business hotel, there isn't much to see at the hotel itself, but we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The beds were wider than expected and the bedding was cozy. On the first floor, there are a water purifier, ice maker, and coffee machine provided for free, as well as washing machines and dryers. The complimentary breakfast seems to change daily with basics like rice balls, soybean paste soup, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bread, alongside rotating dishes like braised fish cakes and tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties). It's decent for a light meal. There is a convenience store close by, and being right in front of the underground shopping center entrance makes getting around very convenient. It's not far from Dotonbori, so it was quiet at night while still being a great walking distance for shopping. Located right in front of Osaka Namba Station, it was convenient for visiting Nara Park and easy to travel to all our planned destinations.

I'll definitely choose this accommodation in Osaka again next time. It's friendly, clean, and they provide daily cleaning service and replace disposable amenities—it's the best. The public bath was too hot for me to enter, but thanks to the large bath where I could wash with my child, we had a refreshing bath. Every day, the beginning and end of our pleasant memories were cozy and comfortable.

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.
