Hairstylist: Attentively listens to customer needs, communicates thoroughly, and carefully answers customer questions to achieve the desired look. Environment: Spacious seating, providing ample room for customers. Facilities: Equipped with lockers that have keys, and half-length mirrors with lighting for touch-ups.

For an outsider, this place was a little hard to find. Just remember that when you get off the elevator, you will want to go to the door on the right side. I was able to book an appointment via WhatsApp, and found the whole experience to be extraordinary. Because my Chinese is limited, I was not able to remember the name of the specialist who helped me. However, I feel that she was very professional did an excellent job. I would heartily recommend this Ear Spa experience to anyone in the Hong Kong area(traveler or otherwise).

Absolutely wonderful experience. The environment was so peaceful and calming—it felt like a mini-vacation. The massage itself was incredibly comfortable; the therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
